Account Manager

Our client in Napa, CA. is looking for an Account Manager to join their team! This organization is apart of the food and beverage industry. In this position, you will responsible for developing and maintaining sales relationships within your assigned distributors. Fully on-site in Napa, CA - Monday-Friday from 8am-5pmContract-to-hire position $30-33.00/Hour Responsibilities:Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needsBuild and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships Collaborating with various internal departments to ensure they fulfill all customer requestsCollecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needsMaintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewalsDevelop a thorough understanding of our products and service offeringsQualifications:Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needsExcellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clientsUp-to-date understanding of the industry's consumer behaviorStrong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of customers and clientsExceptional analytical skills for interpreting client dataTime management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at onceStrong organizational skills and attention to detail Please note this is not a "sales" position, as you will not have to do cold colds or prospecting.
