The Third Party Terminal Manager handles all the third-party relationships for BCD tank and rail terminals as well as some meaningful terminals for Solvents & LCD.

Responsible for maintaining safe, legal, environmentally sound and economical terminal service operations. Leads identification and qualification of terminals based on business needs. Negotiates contracts. Serves as a point of escalation for business interruption of contractual disputes.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Maintaining Commercial Terminal Relationships Identifying and Sourcing Tank and Rail capabilities Leading Negotiation and Contracting Facilitating Terminal Start-up Processes / Hand-over to Run-The-Business Teams Escalation point for critical issues/shut-downs/etc Liaison for major tank inspections & repair Tracking financial performance and key operating metrics Auditing / Approving terminal invoices

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

College degree or equivalent business experience. 10-15 years of supply chain and/or logistics experience in Chemicals Experience in terminals and third party transloads with bias towards commercial development Proven track record of negotiating and managing contractual relationships Open to travel

WHERE YOU'LL WORK:

Remote opportunity for candidates residing in the United States.

The salary range for this position is $138,200 - $207,400. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive pay. Available employee benefits include health, vision, and dental. We also provide 401k matching for retirement and paid time off.
