Nature and Scope of Job
USDM is seeking an experienced Smartsheet developer to join our team.
Primary Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy complex Smartsheet solutions using formulas, automations, and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Integrate Smartsheet with external applications using APIs and webhooks.
- Develop and maintain reusable code libraries and best practices.
- Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for developed solutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Smartsheet features and functionalities.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and scalability of Smartsheet solutions.
Qualifications
Proven experience developing solutions using Smartsheet (2+ years). Strong understanding of Smartsheet formulas, automations, and workflows. Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) a plus. Experience with API integrations preferred. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for building innovative solutions. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS) (preferred). Experience with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, Javascript) (preferred). Experience with Agile development methodologies (preferred). Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment (preferred).
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's Degree required.

Compensation
Salary/Hourly Rate Range (W2): USD 35.00 - 50.00
The base salary/hourly rate range represents the anticipated low and high end of the USDM’s compensation range for this position. Actual salaries/hourly rates will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. The compensation described above is subject to change and could be higher or lower than the range described based on market survey data or budget.
Full-time employees are eligible for health, vision, and dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability, hospital indemnity, accident, and critical care coverage.
Both full and part time employees, who are at least 21 years of age, are eligible to participate in USDM's 401k plan. Full and part time employees may be eligible for paid time off.
