Role
The client is looking to hire an Assistant Controller. In this role you'll be reporting to the Senior Construction Controller, and will will eventually have 2 of your own reports as they are in the process of building out this team. There is great potential for growth in this role as the company expands.
What you'll doProvide support to the senior/managing accountant and the broader finance teamConduct reconciliations of project accountsPrepare project profitability analysesParticipate in meetings and assisting with various administrative dutiesQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in construction or manufacturing accounting with general ledger and job costing expertise Experience with subcontracting is a huge plusCompliance with company screening proceduresManagement experience preferred
