Vaco's client is seeking a Corporate Accountant to support it's accounting team out of Cincinnati, OH.
Job Description: This Accountant will be a contributor on a team of Staff and Senior Accountants as well as an Accounting Manager and Controller. Preparation the monthly financial statements and management reports, including the analysis of financial results and key financial metricsCompletion of necessary monthly journal entries and reconciliation of assigned balance sheet accountsEnsuring timely and successful completion of external auditsPreparation certain daily and weekly reports, including daily cash and sales reconciliations, as well as other Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reportsSpecial project work, as assigned by management
Education and/or Experience
BS in AccountingMinimum 1-3 years general or public accounting experience requiredStrong grasp of technology including MS ExcelStrong communication skills, both written and verbal
