Job Title: Fractional Finance Consultant (part time, 20-30 hours per week)
Location: Scottsdale (flexible schedule)
Pay Rate: $70 - $80 per hour
Responsibilities: Provide financial oversight and recommendations to founder/owner Supervise accounting and finance staff Scale business operations to accommodate business growth Act as a financial partner to the owner
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferredProven experience in finance and accounting roles Excellent communication skills Ability to commit to duration and needs of project
