What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)Develop, coordinate, implement, and administration of a schedule of planned, preventive, and predictive maintenance for equipment, machinery, tools and buildings. Be able to review manufacturer's service manuals, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance (PM). Utilize a computerized system to input PM orders and track status and/or completion. Develop and maintain a required parts list for each piece of equipment. This plant DOES NOT have air conditioning, it will get HOT in the summer. You will be required to climb ladders and must be comfortable working work in high locations.
What Is Required (Qualifications) Pervious experience working in a maintenance shop Attention to detail - you will create and manage parts libraries, order parts, and manage an invoice system.
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Pervious experience working in a maintenance shop. Demonstrated ability examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Pervious experience developing and implementing maintenance of policies, objectives. Short-and long-range planning; develops and implements projects to assist in accomplishment of established goals.
