We are seeking a skilled International Tax Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee tax planning and compliance for our organization, ensuring adherence to tax regulations and maximizing tax efficiencies. CPA or Enrolled Agent License is required. The position could lead to partner role in the near future.
Responsibilities- Prepare or Review Forms 5471, 8865, 8621, 8938, FBAR, 1040, 1040NR, 1041,1120,1120S and 1065- Review accounting records, foreign financial statements, foreign tax returns, and other workpapers- Correspond directly with the IRS and US or foreign counsel- Perform tax research and report its findings directly to the managing partner- Manage client relationships- Supervise and mentor junior staff in tax-related matters
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field- Proven experience as a Tax Manager or similar role- In-depth knowledge of International Tax- Detail and deadline-oriented- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification is required
