Job DescriptionJob Title: Relationship Manager, Plan Advisory Services Department: VFICReports to: Vice President and Chief Compliance Officer FLSA Status: Exempt___________________________________________________________________________________________Job Summary: The Relationship Manager, Investment Advisory Services assists with client service, investment performance and ad-hoc reporting, and client account maintenance for both prospective and existing investors with VFIC. The position also provides ongoing support for both the Operations Team and the VFIC Investment Advisors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other assignments, projects and duties may be assigned):• Prepares monthly/quarterly reporting for clients• On-demand reporting, as needed or requested• Tax reporting (year-end, ongoing gain/loss, etc.)• Research/resolves client issues, questions, and paperwork requests as needed• Prepares ad hoc reports• Maintains/produces investment details and income reports• Maintains updated manager commentary• Monitors and maintains client transactions and activity• Maintains manual accounts• Creates reports by accessing information from various investment sources• Serves as a client liaison• Collaborates with team members and advisors to promote efficiency in processes and workflowsQualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:• Bachelor’s degree required.• One to three years of work experience in a business setting. Prior financial services industry experience preferred• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strong organizational skills (in physical and digital data)• Ability to set and manage priorities, adjust workflows and meet deadlines• Ability to learn new and changing systems. Familiarity with Morningstar Office, client CRM systems, and investment custodian reporting technology preferred.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office• Proven ability to practice discretion in confidential mattersWork Environment:This job operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment.
