Position Title: Enterprise Application Analyst 3

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Provide high-level technical knowledge to design, implement, configure, and support the functions of key enterprise applications, associated interfaces and APIs. Identify and communicate service improvement opportunities. Focus on continuous service improvement and manual process automation. Responsible for developing scripts, templates and other add-ins to automate manual processesCollaborates with Information Technology and business teams to create and administer change management, business continuity, and disaster recovery plans for operational systems. Update and maintain technical documentation, test scripts, work instructions and other team documents with new functionality or processes, as well as performance metrics and reports as requested by management. Participate in the development of project plans, service desk processes, and communicate issues. Awareness of customer support metrics such as quality of service response times and reflect on how to improve individual results as well as the team results. Acts as information source and mentor for other operations personnel teams. Manage vendor relationships in support of operational systems and enterprise software. Perform daily, weekly and monthly manual and automated operational tasks in a highly available (24x7x365) environment. Perform root cause analysis on operational incidents. Promotes and adheres to operational service standards by ensuring they are built into all process and procedures, whether dealing with internal customers or external members. Research, evaluate and recommend solutions to address emerging business and technical needs. Keep up-to-date with current equipment, applications and technologies and advise on architecture, standards, and planning for future infrastructure roadmaps.

Minimum Qualifications:(Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Education:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field from an accredited university or any combination of education, training and experience

Experience:Five to seven years of experience in an operations support environment supporting multiple businesses and enterprise software applications. Experience with enterprise application management and core financial software management preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAdvanced experience with Microsoft Operations Framework, Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office products and monitoring tools. Experience in supporting and administration of the Citrix XenApp/Desktop environment. Expert understanding of Enterprise Scheduling applications. Experience with systems health monitoring applications. High level of attention to detail. Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of business software solutions in the credit union industry and how they interface with back office hardware and software systems. Ability to support enterprise applications including applications such as core financial systems and related interfaces. Good knowledge of automated installation, scripting along with resolving problemsKnowledge of using software deployment systems to install applications and packagesMust have good understanding of server/LAN/WAN environment and topologies. Familiarity with Microsoft SQL and/or Oracle SQL scripting. Knowledge of C#, Microsoft .NET, XML and scripting languages is a plus. Ability to communicate effectively upward and across the organization, using appropriate business language to effectively provide timely information to appropriate parties as needed. Excellent listening skills with the ability to empathize, focusing on client service required. Excellent teamwork skills, collaborating across business and technical functions, to achieve business goals and objectives. Ability to work independently and in a lead technical role. Citrix certified associate Virtualization (CCA-V) certification preferred
