We are licensed by the Virginia Department of Behavioral Health Services (DBHDS) and dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and adults 18 years and older in Virginia Beach, VA.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Direct Support Professional at Victory's Village in Virginia Beach, VA. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities. This may include personal care, community outings, behavioral support, and implementation of individualized plans.
Qualifications
Experience in Human Services and working with individuals with intellectual disabilitiesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to provide training and support for individuals with developmental disabilities
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
