ServiceNow Technical LeadOnsite- Richardson, TX (3 days/week to work from office)

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow platform along with a strong background in integrations with other tools/sources. This role requires the ability to lead discussions with business stakeholders, coach team members, and work on forms across various domains such as IT, HR, and Custom Applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform.• Lead discussions with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.• Develop and maintain integrations with other tools/sources to enhance ServiceNow functionality.• Coach and mentor team members on best practices and methodologies related to ServiceNow development.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects.• Work on forms and workflows within ServiceNow across multiple domains including IT, HR, and Custom Applications.
