Walsh, Colucci, Lubeley & Walsh, P.C., a Northern Virginia commercial real estate law firm, has an immediate opening for a part-time Receptionist (1pm – 6pm, Monday-Friday) in our Prince William office.
Candidate must be able to multitask, have good attention to detail, and have excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills. Typical duties include the following: greeting clients and visitors; answering multi-line phones and screen callers; providing secretarial support (typing, filing, scanning, copying, and distributing documents), scheduling meetings, maintaining kitchens and conference rooms, traveling to the county offices and courthouse to process documents. Knowledge of MS Office Suite and teams is a plus.
