Sr. Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in contributing to the development of software solutions. This position involves hands-on coding, problem resolution, cross-team collaboration, and active participation in the software development lifecycle. A day in the life!

You will be responsible for the following

Performing all commercial software development duties, including but not limited to technical design, coding, and unit testing so that high quality commercial software releases are delivered to clients in a predictable and consistent schedule according to WellSky development processesCollaborating with solutions team(s) to define requirements, conducting analysis, and solving problems on a single product/servicePreparing technical documentation, conducting, and participating in code reviews to ensure that commercial software code meets internal standards and follows industry best practices and the highest qualityOffering technical direction and guidance to other product development team members and assisting in managing development environments as well as installing and configuring commercial products

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience4-6 years of related work experience with a solid understanding of UI development fundamentalsProficiency in Angular 8+Git experience

Proficient in .NETMust understand product specifications and user mindset and predict what might work for bothExperience with an Agile Scrum methodologyCloud technologies such as GCP, AWS or AzureDevOps and SRE experience (Azure pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)Experience in healthcare domainBasic understanding of HL7 standards
