ABOUT THE JOB:As a BI Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping the landscape of data utilization within the company. This is a dynamic position within a developing area of our business which means your responsibilities and projects will evolve over time. The ideal candidate will thrive in ambiguous situations, demonstrating a strong ability to adapt and innovate as the role and its demands change.
- WHAT YOU’LL DO:Develop, implement, and maintain BI solutions (reports, dashboards, data models) that enhance decision-making and business performance across various departments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Analyze large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations that address complex business questions.
- Manage the lifecycle of BI projects from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Continuously improve BI tools, systems, and processes through feedback and detailed ongoing analysis.
- Provide training and support to business users to maximize the utilization of BI technology.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BI technologies to suggest and implement best practices.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE TABLE:Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, data science or business administration1 to 3 years of experience as a BI Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role in a data-driven environmentStrong proficiency with Power BI or Tableau (SQL a plus)Advanced Excel skills a MUSTExperience in data modeling, data analysis, and data visualizationAbility to communicate complex concepts to non-technical users
