Customer Service Representative

Job Description: Customer Service Representatives are the voice of Wolf-Gordon. The Customer Service Representative will be expected to be well-familiarized with our sales processes, internal operations, and have a thorough understanding of our product offerings. This individual will use their knowledge to address inquiries, properly manage/distribute our products and provide thorough solutions to all issues. Location:This is an onsite position located at our paint manufacturer in Eagan, Minnesota. Responsibilities: Answer calls and emails to address Wolf-Gordon business-related inquiries. Resolve issues by investigating problem areas and offering effective solutions. Learn Wolf-Gordon computer systems and product offerings. Enter order requests into Wolf-Gordon databases. Manage sample inventory and product sample projects. Create custom sample folders, maintain sample room, pull, and ship sample orders daily. Maintain records of ongoing issues, and follow-up on necessary processes in a timely manner. Ensuring callers have a positive experience when working with Wolf-Gordon. ‪Qualifications/Skills:‪2+ years of relevant professional experience. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. NetSuite experience preferred but not required. Ability to recognize and distinguish different shades of color. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient typing and data entry skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of the day, access lower cabinetry and use a step stool. On site work presence required from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm. Reliable transportation a must.
