📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is an in office position located at our South Fifth St. location in Minneapolis, MN.
The Senior Project & Program Associate is responsible for supporting key projects and initiatives across the assigned internal client group, collaborating with colleagues to ensure assigned projects are managed and delivered well, acting as the point person for the WK Minneapolis MN office needs, providing administrative support to select FCC Compliance Solutions leadership members, leading/coordinating/supporting/facilitating assigned employee engagement activities and office events, etc.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Drive the successful management of projects assigned to ensure delivery of excellent, efficient resultsContinually seek and recommend operational efficiencies and process improvements.
- Investigate and employ best practices and encourage consistency across assigned business areas as appropriate.
- Ensure all work is managed to meet requirements with high quality deliverables.
- Provide excellent service for swift resolutionMaintain a “pulse” on the employee experience; provide recommendations for improvements and/or enhancements that align with the WK policies and programsSupport employee engagement programs and activities (season ticket programs, employee office/virtual events)Help ensure compliance with company policies and practices.
- Ensure administrative requirements are properly managed for the assigned client group/members including, but not limited to, coordinating events (scheduling, reservations, food & beverage ordering, equipment setup), organizing and maintaining files and reference material, travel booking & expense administration, calendar maintenance, scheduling and coordinating meetings with participants.
- Using business software applications (e.g., Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project) to prepare (and potentially present) communications, reports, and other digital materials.
- Maintain office supply inventory, including ordering and upkeepManage and track identity and security equipment as needed (i.e., badges, files, records, parking passes, keys, etc.).
- Manage and track applicable invoices, POs, and other cost tracking items associated with the activities of this role

Job Qualifications
Education
High school graduate diploma; otherwise, equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience
7 years of experience in an administrative role, with 3 years supporting a senior executive roleExperience in roles focused on providing excellent customer serviceHistory of high level of personal accountability and integrity
