JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Property Accountant will be responsible for all accounting aspects of 6-7 commercial real estate projects. He/She is capable of working in a dynamic environment and have the flexibility to deal with multiple changing priorities and be able to meet deadlines within determined timeframes.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONSPrepares bank reconciliations, sales tax submissions, and other related functionsMaintains rent rolls for all assigned propertiesWork along side Property Management in billing and collections of tenants rentsPrepares adjustments and journal entriesPrepares and maintains accurate and timely financial statementsPrepares monthly, quarterly, annual reports to lendersAssists in preparation of reconciliations, budgets, and research projectsAd-hoc projects as needed
