Xoriant reasonably expects the pay rate for this position to be within the following range: $65.00/hour-$85.00/hour (DOE**)

Job Title: Program Manager III Duration: 12+ Months Contract (Chances to extend)Location: Santa Clara, CA (Remote) (Prefers PST & CST Candidates)

Note: Need at least 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager & Strong Change Management experience. PMP Preferred. Job Description:Duties: Your ImpactLead large transformations across the GCS organization, engaging with a cross functional team of senior executives. Communicate effectively, prepare status reports for executive level audiences, and influence executive behaviors across your transformation programsPartner with other stakeholders such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product and Sales to implement prioritized projects and measure success against stated objectivesAlign programs, projects and operational activities with strategic objectives of the GCS organizationPartner with other stakeholders such as Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, to implement prioritized projects and measure success against stated objectivesPrepares compliance status reports for internal management and regulatory agencies as required. Assists with implementation of various compliance initiatives and other compliance duties as assigned

Skills: Your Experience:10+ years of proven experience in a highly demanding Program and Project Management environmentSolid people and communication skills (verbal and written), with ability to successfully explain complex matters and provide persuasive support for positions with internal stakeholders, outside partners, and to communicate with all levels of the organizationStrong organizational skills, and the ability to help construct and maintain compliance best practices across the GCS organizationExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as diligent planning abilitiesAbility to multi-task in a rapid-growth, rapid-change environmentDisplays personal and corporate integrityProven leadership abilitiesSelf-starter who enjoys problem-solving with little direct supervision
