Title: Sr. Product & Program Manager Location: Fremont, CA

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Own Products from Alpha to HVM PhaseAlign with US Product Management and complete tasks as neededWork with sales team to respond to customer requests regarding productManage Product Customer Demo Requests, Non-standard Requests, and Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP), upgrades, and timelines. Own pricing and Gross Margins for their product familyProvide product quotes to customers and drive product configurations to internal operationsDrive priorities to ensure products are achieving their schedule and milestone targets by pro-actively escalating risks and obstacles Own and manage Product Option Architecture (POA) and Product Configurator for all released productsEnsure product development process (PDP), is followed. Drive cross-functional team accountability to meet gate-exit scorecard milestones and lead gate-exit reviewsCommunicate product status to internal management and customers

Requirements & SkillsBachelor’s degree in engineering required. Minimum 8 years' experience in Product Management and Marketing. 5+ years’ experience preferred. Great communication skillsProficiency in MS OfficeSemiconductor Equipment Company (AMAT, KLA, TEL) Experience preferred. Experience with Salesforce and Arena PLM preferred. Ability to travel to Asian customers for product presentationsUnderstanding of Advanced Packaging Technologies desirable
