What We Need

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager (Data) to drive and support the delivery of large and complex initiatives via agile methodology and will be expected to share a experienced perspective. You will partner with business leaders and Data & Technology partners to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

• Day to Day Management: Lead Agile scrum ceremonies and manage the workflow for the engineering team.
• Create and manage JIRA tickets, boards and backlog.
• Generate metrics and reports for engineering team performance.
• Drive Product Delivery: Facilitate decisions on product viability and implementation, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and coordination.

• Project Timelines: Create detailed timelines using forecasting techniques to ensure timely product delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain the Program roadmap.
• Provide regular updates and reports for leadership.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with various teams, external vendors and stakeholders (finance, legal, privacy, governance) to align product goals and sprint deliverables with program milestones. Use of Tools: Leverage project and product management tools like Jira, Advanced Roadmaps, Jira Align, and Monday for planning, execution, and progress tracking. Organization and Tracking: Maintain organization and clear tracking of project tasks and dependencies. Demonstrate expertise in SQL and Excel for data analysis, reporting, and forecasting. Communication: Prepare and present high-quality presentations to convey program status, challenges, and strategies to stakeholders and executive leadership. Training and on-boarding new stakeholders and team members in partnership with Product Owner and tech Lead.

Requirements

Work Experience: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and over 3 years of project management experience Tools: JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, OneDrive, PPT, Excel, Virtual whiteboarding tools, Smartsheet, etc. Project Management: Experience in data delivery, leading successful business and/or technology enterprise projects from initiation through deployment. Agile & Product Mode Delivery: Foundational understanding or skills in Agiland Product Mode Delivery. Problem Solving: Experience in partnering cross-functionally to solve complex problems, with the confidence and courage to influence others and add value. Communication: Skilled in facilitating ambiguous and challenging discussions. Authentic, respectful, and engaging communication style that connects with a variety of stakeholders, including executive-level stakeholders.

Preferred

Scrum CertificationStrategic & Operational Delivery: Previous success with strategic and/or operational project delivery (business strategy, technology systems, vendor management), and the ability to apply and lead flexible delivery models.

Salary Range: $93,200 to $120,560 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Benefits: Employees (and their eligible family members) may enroll in the following types of insurance coverage: medical, dental, vision, legal, and accidental death and dismemberment, as well as FSA/HSA (depending on enrolled medical plan).
