We are looking for a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our construction team. You will be the on-site face of Gabriel Builders for the homeowner and trade contractors and must display our company core values at all times. You must be able to interpret plans and specifications, create schedules, submit daily reports using detailed record keeping, and follow through on all requests and commitments. As the project manager, you must be able to effectively manage subcontractors and trade partners, always keeping an organized and immaculately clean job site. The responsibilities also include daily project operations such as keeping costs within budget, assisting with bid packages, estimating, and foreseeing long-lead items due to the intricate nature of our custom homes. This position reports to the Construction Manager.
