Ten years of experience in developing applications using C# on a .net framework, MVC, web api, Ajax, JavaScript, JQuery and bootstrap.5.1.3. Five years of experience with DevOps and Git.5.1.4. Ten years of agile development specifically in using the SCRUM framework. 5.1.5. Ten years of experience of software development life cycle.5.1.6. Four years of experience of developing application using Entity Framework.5.1.7. Five years of experience developing application using .net core.

• 1.8. Three years of experience developing applications in cloud environment on Microsoft Azure.5.1.9. Ten years of experience of web service development.5.1.10. Five years of experience with Versa Regulation and Versa Online.5.1.11. Five years of experience with development applications in Azure.5.2. A minimum of five years of experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies and documentation.5.3. A minimum of five years of experience implementing, integrating with or maintaining Tyler Technologies Versa Online, Versa Mobile and/or Versa Regulation products.5.4. A minimum of five years of experience with Software Development Life Cycle Methodology.5.5. A minimum of five years of experience with Structured Query Language (PL/SQL) programming.5.6. A minimum of five years of experience with the software development of web-based applications.5.7. A minimum of five years of experience with formal software testing.5.8. A minimum of five years of experience with delivering the project in the agreed schedule, to the correct technical specification (i.e., defined to meet user requirements) within the approved budget or other specified criteria.5.9. A minimum of five years of experience with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Visio. These are the primary tools used with the Division for documentation.5.10.
