We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist! Our client in Houston, Texas is seeking an AR Specialist on a direct-hire basis.
Job Responsibilities
Handle 40 clients. Process full cycle accounts receivable. Accurately and efficiently process invoices. Verify invoice details, such as prices, quantities, and terms of payment. Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents. Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices. Assist with month-end closing processes related to accounts payable.
