The Senior Accountant will handle month-end journal entries, account reconciliations, and account analysis, with thorough knowledge of fixed assets, accrued liabilities, payroll, debt, equity, intercompany receivables, and payables for multiple entities. Strong reconciliation and analytical experience.
Essential Job Duties/Responsibilities
- Integral part of month-end closeRecord investment in subsidiaries.
- Prepare and reconcile intercompany receivables and payables.
- Prepare monthly account flux commentary and analysis for assigned accounts.
- Prepare monthly accruals for payroll and other expenses.
- Prepare debt schedule and roll forward.
- Prepare equity rollfoward and amortization of vesting shares.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency of existing processes.
- Work closely with audit team to provide support and communicate processCPA
