Overview
We are looking for someone with a passion for customer service, strong attention to detail, and relationship building skills to join the Advocacy and Supervision department as an Account Supervision Specialist. This position involves working with financial professionals and other Cambridge associates to answer questions about the status of processes, requesting information from others. The Specialist will assist in reviewing certain documents, answer phone calls and emails. This person will work from our Fairfield, Iowa office.
Essential Duties
Answer and problem solve incoming telephone, voice mail, e-mail and occasionally in-person requests professionally and courteously including escalated requestsConduct research using multiple resources to provide financial professionals with accurate information regarding their inquiry or paperwork concernsPerform task-based processes to assist with team’s incoming requests and notificationsCommunicate internal policies and procedures, as well as external product company requirements to financial professionals and other departmentsAssist new and existing financial professionals with department processes, paperwork requirements and system navigationConduct preliminary review of forms and follow-up regarding missing information with new and existing financial professionalsParticipate in various department projects, meetings and committees
Education & Experience
Six months to one year of related experience, education and/or training.
Compensation: $42,000-$44,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate’s qualifications, the Company’s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law. The actual pay offered to a specific candidate may vary above or below the stated range.
