The Senior Customer and Technical Solutions Specialist is a hybrid position combining Americas customer service activities as well as local QC/R&D support in our West Chester, PA facility. The role will entail supporting lab products inventory management, sales order processing, and accounts receivables, as well as the support the QC of CDMO produced AlloSeq kits and other R&D activities in our West Chester laboratory. The role includes liaising with cross-functional teams including technical support, sales, field application specialists, product managers, regulatory, quality, and operations.

Lab Products Inventory Management (West Chester)Ordering Kits and Supplies (Intercompany and External)Invoicing CustomersAccounts Receivable/CollectionsAudit SupportLogistics Support (shipping backup to ensure business continuity)QC/R&D support for inbound AlloSeq shipments from CDMO’sPerform experiments & analysis toward the development of new products and the improvement of existing productsPerform advanced troubleshooting of CareDx products to support technical support teamPerform instrument maintenance and calibration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology, Biology or equivalent. Experience working in Histocompatibility & Immunogenetics requiredExperience with next-generation sequencing (NGS) technology requiredExperience with PCR and other molecular techniques requiredAbility to independently conduct experiments, analyze data and work effectively in a team settingDemonstrated experience in Research or clinical lab settingEffective interpersonal skillsStrong IT/computer skillsProficiency in NetSuite preferred

This is an onsite position at CareDx Inc in West Chester, PA.
