Position: ServiceNow HRSD ArchitectLocation: San Diego, CA (Onsite, Hybrid Mode)Job Type: Fulltime only
Must Have Technical/Functional SkillsMust be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator and Certified Implementation specialist in HRSDExperience as a Technical LeadExtensive hands-on experience in full life cycle implementation of the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery[Employee Service Management] applications, including:HR Case ManagementHR Knowledge ManagementEmployee Service Center (Portal)Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions (Lifecycle Events)Employee Document ManagementPerformance Analytics for HRIntegration experience with HRSM/HRIS system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)Integration experience with directories, such as Active Directory using methods such as LDAPsWeb Services, JDBC, SFTP integration experienceExperience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, one or more Web Services, XML, HTML and CSSShould possess knowledge in Agile/Scrum methodologyBasic knowledge with ITIL/industry standards and HRSD processes
