Company Description
Climb North is a premier indoor rock climbing facility located in Allison Park, PA. Established in 1993, we are one of the oldest climbing walls in the country. Our 6,000 plus square feet of walls offer a range of features and routes to cater to both beginner and advanced climbers. With top roping, bouldering, and a variety of climbing styles, Climb North provides a safe and friendly atmosphere for climbers of all levels.
Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Associate at Climb North. As an Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, providing guidance and instruction, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and maintaining the facility. You will also be responsible for rental equipment, including harnesses, shoes, chalk bags, and helmets.
Qualifications
Experience in rock climbing or a passion for the sportExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team and independentlyBasic knowledge of climbing equipment and safety proceduresAttention to detail and ability to follow instructionsPhysical fitness and ability to lift and carry heavy equipmentFirst Aid and CPR certification is a plusExperience in retail or customer service is beneficial
