Job Summary:Ekspert Counsel is seeking Associate Attorney with at least five years of personal injury insurance defense experience in Miami to join an internationally recognized leader in the area of insurance litigation, representing major domestic and foreign insurers on a worldwide basis.
Qualifications:Juris doctorateAdmission to Florida Bar required.5 years of defense experience, handling product liability, premises liability, and catastrophic injury claims. Litigation experience, including taking depositions, attending court hearings, and drafting and arguing motions.
