Senior Electrical Building Systems Engineer (Mission Critical)
GBA, a professional, full service architectural and engineering firm is seeking a qualified candidate to fill an Electrical Engineer position in our Mission Critical group located in our Lenexa, Kansas office.? This group specializes in the Mission Critical industry and serves many of the top Information Technology companies as an integrated team of architects, engineers, commissioning specialists, and project managers.?? Responsibilities:Electrical power systems design including switchboards, generators, ATS’s and UPS’s for Mission Critical facilitiesFacility evaluations, assessments, engineering studies, and troubleshootingProject phasing plans including temporary measures to maintain services in our client’s live facilitiesArc Flash, coordination, and short circuit studiesClient, Owner, Contractor interfaceInterior and exterior lighting designCommissioning
Requirements:BS in Architectural Engineering or Electrical EngineeringProficiency in AutoCAD, SKM Power Tools, Word, Excel, OutlookMust be a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer in at least one state OR tracking to receive your PE.Must have a minimum of 6+ years of related experienceOrganizational skills with an attention to detailStrong communication and mentoring skillsInterest working in a collaborative team environment?
