Day Program Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor for a Day Habilitation Program for Adults with Developmental Disabilities. Direct Support Professional or related experience working with people with developmental disabilities. Program hours are 9am-3pm. The Program Manager is required to manage and supervise operations and transportation that begin at 8am and end at 4pm.

This a new Day Habilitation Program location and would require the Program Manager to actively recruit individuals into the program.

Responsibilities:Oversee, supervise and manage program operations, ensuring effective implementation and adherence to program goals and objectives. Develop and implement program activity schedule. Develop and implement program policies, procedures, and protocols. Provide leadership and supervision to program staff, including training, coaching, and performance management. Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to develop and maintain relationships that support program goals. Conduct regular program evaluations to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Monitor program budget and ensure fiscal responsibility in accordance with organizational guidelines. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and licensing requirements. Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living activities and behavior management. Administration of medication.

Requirements:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), NADD Clinical Certification or Master's or Bachelor's in ABA, psychology, special education, social work, or similar degree. Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management or supervisory role. - Knowledge of administrative processes and procedures. Minimum of 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or similar populations. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients, staff, and community partners. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in budgeting and financial management. Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
