Job Title: Sales Support Professional 3Pay Rate: $35 to $40/HRDuration: 12 monthsLocation: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)This position is for the Healthcare Diagnostics division. We are looking for a Sales Support Professional 3 to join our Marketing, Sales, and Communications team. This hybrid role must be local to the Malvern, PA area. Supporting multiple departments within sales and service with the creation and maintenance of customer and field personnel accountsWorking in SAP, Oracle Sales Cloud, MS Outlook, MS Teams and MS PowerApps simultaneously to monitor and respond to requestsEnsuring data integrity by validating requests for accuracy, identifying/preventing instances of data duplication and following company protocols and business-specific guidelinesClosely monitoring activity performed by department RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and intervening as neededPeriodically providing after-hours support, including some weekends, especially for financial quarter close eventsApproximately 10% of travel requiredKnowledge/Experience:Demonstrated ability to remain organized and multitask while managing a high volume of requestsExcellent written and oral communication skillsMicrosoft Office Suite of products including Outlook, Word, and ExcelExperience working with PowerApps and PowerBI is a plusExperience working with SAP and/or Oracle Sales Cloud a plusEducation:BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college
