Job Duties & Responsibilities
Perform work and report status in alignment with project schedule and provide proactive and timely status updates.
Estimate accurate level of effort and duration for assigned tasks.
Consults with business process owners, developers, and administrators to develop business requirements and transform into technical specifications.
Enhance and repair integration with external systems utilizing industry best practices and in alignment with current design standards based upon technical specifications.
Develop and maintain complex data models to support the creation of statistical reports that assist decision-makers in choosing the right solutions to business problems.
Research, troubleshoot, and resolve moderately complex problems on assigned applications across multiple hardware platforms, software packages and programming languages when necessary, collaborating with other IT staff and business process experts.
Analyze escalated support tickets to verify/recommend actions for improving data and system quality.
Communicate with users and IT professionals at all levels and serve as an expert to provide system support services.
Perform system analysis and provide enhancement recommendations according to department policies and procedures.
Adhere to internal change management procedures by tracking and recording changes and requests for change.
Up to 25% travel to field office locations around the U.S.
Preferred Job Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
NetSuite Or Other ERP Experience Nice To Have
Software development experience (e.g., C#, Python, RESTful APIs)
Web development experience (e.g., React, Angular, JavaScript, NetSuite SuiteFlow, NetSuite SuiteScript)
Database analysis/design/model/query experience (e.g., MySQL, BigQuery, MSSQL, Postgres etc.)
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI) and with building reports and dashboards
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., GIT).
Certified NetSuite SuiteCloud Developer I or II is a plus
Accounting and manufacturing experience is a plus
Experience with Workato, Power Automate, Zapier or similar automation tools a plus
Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud Platform) is a plus
