📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Baker AM Pastry Chef, responsible for the daily production and finishing of breads, breakfast breads, pastries and other baked goods, as well as managing baked goods inventory, utilization and rotation. They should have a practical understanding of classical bread production including laminated doughs (croissants, Danish), quick breads and muffins. They should be able to scale ingredients, use proper mixing and baking techniques. This position is responsible for early morning opening duties, and must be reliable.
