Develop and implement data analytics strategies to drive business insightsCreate predictive models and algorithms to optimize decision-making processesAnalyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns for actionable recommendationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-makingPresent findings and recommendations to senior management
Key Skills
Strong experience in data science and analytics - 4 years minimumProficiency in PythonAdvanced knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization toolsAbility to work with large datasets and databasesExcellent communication and presentation skillsKnowledge in AI/MLWorking experience with Databricks, Azure ML, and Azure CloudWroking experience with health claims dataGenerative AI experience is beneficialMedicaid or Managed Care experience is highly beneficial
