📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are a small financial services firm in need of a Bookkeeper to support our Financial Services, Client Services and Information Technology teams. The Bookkeeper will make daily journal entries into the general ledger, enter monthly securities account data into our proprietary database, maintain client transaction logs, and test our database and recordkeeping system.
Requirements 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience Experience with QuickBooks, Business Central or other accounting software Proficiency in Excel Keen attention to detail Team player Sound judgment and respect for confidential information Good problem solving
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 depending on qualifications Benefits: Medical insurance and optional dental insurance, life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, 401(k) match and paid parking. Work from home 3 days a week and in-office 2 days a week for corporate knowledge sharing and team building.
