Reliant Safety monitors over 22,000 cameras across eleven states, supporting approximately 34,000 residential units.

Summary/Objective

Reliant Safety is seeking a dynamic Foreman to lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills and a proven track record of successful team management and promptly completing projects.

Responsibilities

Effectively manage a team of 2-8 field technicians and security installers Assist in the installation of cameras, cable, and conduit Oversee all aspects of onsite logistics Provide daily updates on project status Communicate, coordinate, and ensure delivery of materials and tools as needed Travel for offsite hardware, software, network, and video support Analyze, diagnose, and repair complex integrated security systems, including troubleshooting issues that may be related to network architecture, protocols, or other network-related factors Complete major systems integrations, including system commissioning. Communicate effectively with Reliant Field Supervisor, Reliant Project Manager, General contractor, and subcontractors and coordinate work with subcontractors and/or other employees as required to ensure efficient and timely completion of work Maintain all company property and supplies, including but not limited to tools, equipment, parts, and documentation. Must be able to accommodate emergency work-off hours. Also, take part in an on-call rotation with other support technicians. Document all queries, problems, and requests in the support database Provide technical training to security personnel as required

Salary Compensation: $70,000 – 80,000

Requirements

MUST HAVE A VEHICLE Advanced knowledge in piping, IP addresses cameras Proficiency in a broad range of CCTV and access control products and security architecture Knowledge of IP platform camera systems required (Hikvision a plus) Experience in access control platforms preferred (Honeywell/S2 a plus) Proficiency in network architecture and protocols Must be able to configure IP addresses and set up subnets. Experience in a variety of Windows desktop/server operating systems (XP, 7, 2016,2019) Must be comfortable working on tall ladders and attics/crawl spaces. Up to 25% travel, currently all domestic along the east coast Minimum 2-3 years of CCTV or access control experience Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience needed Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Systems preferred, but not required OSHA 30 certification a plus Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to quickly learn to use new software tools concerning (NVMS) Network Video Management Systems Effective verbal and written communication skills Team player - ability to work well in a close employee/support environment Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with constant changes Travel, sometimes on short notice, and occasional after-hours support requirements.
