Description

The Banking Specialist is primarily responsible for the management of the Paycom Pay product, but also provides support for daily cash positioning and compliance-related processes as needed. As primary support for the Paycom Pay product, this team performs check management processes on behalf of clients and fields related inquiries from clients.

Responsibilities

Administer void, stale or stop payment transactions on behalf of clients in each Paycom Pay Bank Administer credit transactions to clients related to void, stop or stale issues Research and/or verify issued checks for external parties Partner with banks, check verification companies, and check cashing establishments to address or resolve check processing issues Oversee check fraud claims on behalf of clients Prepare client billing reports for ancillary banking services performed Support to Investments and Compliance teams for processes including daily cash positioning and unclaimed property Assist Team Leader with updating policies, procedures and monthly reports

Qualifications

Education/Certification

High School or GED

Experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word 1+ years of work experience in Banking Operations

Preferred Qualifications

Education/Certification

Bachelor’s degree in Business

Experience

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
