Sr. Packaging Engineering

Summary: Our esteemed client seeks a Senior Packaging Engineer to join their team. In this pivotal role, you'll lead our engineering efforts, managing projects and driving successful product launches. Collaborating closely with Sales and Operations teams, you'll ensure projects meet all requirements on time, within budget, and exceed performance expectations. Responsibilities:Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial inquiries to successful implementation. Utilize analytical modeling and validation to develop high-quality new products. Mentor and empower direct reports, fostering a culture of learning and growth. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for seamless project execution. Ensure products comply with safety standards and company quality procedures. Interface with suppliers, customers, and sub-vendors to select the best partners for each project (estimated travel 10-15%). Collaborate with customers for mutual success. Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g., chemistry, packaging engineering).5-7 years of experience in manufacturing and customer-facing roles.
