Senior Architect
Responsible for field measurement, drafting, designing drawings, and construction documentation, with proficiency in AutoCAD and knowledge of building codes.
Responsibilities:· Designing, producing construction documents, obtaining building permits· Complete construction documents, and knowledge of building systems and building codes.· Prepare and coordinate design development and construction documents.· Coordination with contractors, engineers, and vendors during design· Involvement in multiple projects at any time.· Develop design schemes and make feasibility studies· Evaluate, and integrate construction and engineering systems with program, code, and context parameters.· Field measure· Drafting· Design drawings & presentations· Construction documentation· Project quality, standards, specifications· Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:· Must have 4+ years of current commercial experience· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture· Must have CT Licensed Architect Stamp· Must have experience with drafting, designing, construction documents, building systems and building codes· Strong experience coordinating with contractors, engineers, and vendors· Proficiency with AutoCAD software
