Job Title: Quality System Specialist
Location:�Waltham, MA 02451
Duration:�8+ months Contract
Remote/Onsite/Hybrid:�Hybrid - 2 days Remote & 3 days onsite.

Responsibilities
- Support global Quality Systems operations for compliance and efficiency.
- Assist in system governance and harmonization across sites.
- Gather requirements for system improvements and maintenance.
- Manage change controls and ensure system validation.
- Support issue resolution and validation activities.
- Provide user support and training.
- Generate quality system metrics and support updates/releases.
Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in relevant discipline. 3-6 years of experience in pharma/healthcare. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Quality System processes. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines. Experience with Veeva Vault Quality Docs, Track Wise, Compliance Wire a plus.
