Time 4 Payroll is a full-service, payroll processing company located in Beaverton (near Hall Blvd & Nimbus). We are seeking a full-time Office and Production Assistant to work onsite with our team.
Responsibilities will include
Packaging high volume of checks and reports, logging mail. Delivering mail to post office, FedEx and managing courier service daily. Some reception work, including greeting office visitors. Client phone interactions.
Qualifications
Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs. Must be able to drive to various nearby locations. Good interpersonal skills.
