ASSOCIATE SERVICE COORDINATORS AT TSP TYPICALLY HAVE THE FOLLOWING JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Tracking the full lifecycle of professional services bookingsCollaborating with support, operations, logistics, sales, finance and legal to execute professional services tasksCoordinating service engagements and installations within the USManaging the calendars and scheduling of a team of implementation engineers in the USAssisting in onboarding new implementation engineers by providing a curriculum and managing training schedulesResponsible for enhancing and maintaining our support applications: Salesforce CRM, Field Service Lightning, NetSuiteDeveloping, monitoring and following up on reporting with professional services management and internal/external team members to ensure data is being maintained properly related to forecasting and implementation metricsForecasting and tracking quarterly revenueManaging a team of partner engineers; responsible for training, dispatching and invoice trackingTracking partner invoices and marginCoordinating other PS field events, including off-sites and training’sCreating and maintaining purchase orders for professional services team

THE IDEAL PERSON FOR FILL THIS ROLE WILL HAVE EXPERIENCE SUCH AS:

Must be highly detail oriented and extremely organizedAbility to simultaneously work on multiple engagements and prioritiesFlexibility supporting multiple time zonesComfortable working in a fast paced and ever-changing environmentPossess basic accounting and finance knowledgeA fast-learner, needing minimum supervision and able to solve complex challengesA solid understanding and use of SalesforceMastery of Microsoft Office programs including: Excel, Word, PowerPointStrong interpersonal skills including ability to tactfully respond to scheduling requests and provide alternative suggestions to satisfy all partiesExcellent oral and written communication skills, able to speak articulately with personnel at all levelsExperience scheduling professional services engagements1-3 years experience in field service/professional service/customer success or similar organization
