About the Role
As a CBRE Transaction Management Coordinator, you will support the real estate transaction management team and be responsible for data entry related top client transaction approval process.
This job is part of the Brokerage job function. The team is responsible for the buying, selling and leasing of office, and other commercial properties on behalf of a single client for occupation.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain consistent error-free data when entering into client’s approval tracking software
- Create files for transaction assignments and complete checklists as required
- Obtain necessary verifications of contingencies to adhere to company and client approval processes for submitted transactions
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limited opportunity to exercise discretion
- Impact through clearly defines duties, methods, and tasks described in detail
- Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance
